Justin Hopkinson, US Army Sgt (Ret)Justin was born in Salt Lake City, UT. He joined the Utah Army National Guard in 2003 at the age of 30. After the events of 9/11 he wanted to do his part. He became full-time at Camp Williams in the Utes motor pool as a 91B. In 2005/6 Justin deployed with the 115th EN BN to Camp Victory Iraq. His unit did route clearance training. In 2018 he was medically retired.
Justin’s grandfather, 98 years-old served in the Navy in WWII and is alive and doing well. His 19 year-old daughter, Grace is currently serving in the Navy at Norfolk, VA. Growing up in Utah, Justin rode dirt bikes his whole life. In 2012 he got a KLR 650 and his current bike is a KTM Adventure 1090R that he rode in the KTM Rally in Deer Valley, UT. Justin and his wife Carolyn live in Eagle, Mountain, UT and they have six kids; Brandon 22, Kayleigh 22, Grace, Conner 13, Abby 9, and newly adopted baby, Cameron 17 months-old. |
